Ahmad Alhouli

Ahmad Alhouli is a Kuwaiti self-defense and martial arts instructor and expert with more than 45 years of experience in teaching and training.

His work spans three main areas:

  • Martial Arts and Self-Defense: Founder and leader of PFS (Protection & Fighting System) in Kuwait. His approach combines martial arts training with intellectual and character development, guided by the philosophy: “Developing the person and the mind before teaching combat.”
  • Education and Social Engagement: A writer and speaker on social and educational topics, with articles published in Al-Mujtama magazine and video interviews discussing education and martial arts.
  • Community Involvement: Participates in community and charitable activities, including membership in the Japanese Society and the Indonesian-Kuwaiti Society.
